Q: What are your candles made of?
All of my candles are hand-poured in Melbourne using 100% pure coconut- soy wax and high quality fragrance oils. They’re vegan friendly and free from paraffin.
Q: How long do the candles burn?
Burn times depend on the size:
200g candle → approx. 35–40 hours
100g mini candle → approx. 15–20 hours
Q: Do you make reed diffusers too?
Yes! You can pick any of my candle scents and I can make it into a diffuser, just send me a message.
Q: How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
Let the first burn melt the wax to the edges (this prevents tunnelling).
Don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Q: Are stickers waterproof?
Yes! My stickers are printed on durable vinyl with a protective laminate, so they’re water-resistant and perfect for laptops, water bottles, and journals.
Q: What kind of paper do you use for prints and cards?
My art prints are professionally printed on 350gsm cardstock here in Australia. Greeting cards are printed on silk-coated 350gsm paper stocks, blank inside, and come with an envelope.
Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Melbourne, Australia.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no at the moment. But I’m working on it and will develop an international shipping plan soon.
