Orders are packed with love and care and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way!

Returns

As a small business, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges

In-person exchanges are available at our weekend market stalls (dates and locations are shared on Instagram). Please contact us beforehand with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange so we can assist you on the day.
